Bridging science and spirituality, my process combines neuroplasticity, metaphysics, energetics, mindset work, and somatic awareness. Together, clients and I examine their language to identify blocks, determine which version of them is narrating that story, meet them with curiosity and compassion for integration, and create new self-serving stories.
