8. Intellectual Property

All videos, lessons, worksheets, written materials, frameworks, exercises, graphics, branding, and other content within the Identity Immersion are the exclusive intellectual property of EmbodiedWithAndrea LLC.

You may access these materials for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, teach, publish, upload, record, or share any portion of the Program without prior written permission.

9. Access

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or remove access to the Program at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated.

10. Electronic Acceptance

By checking the Terms & Conditions box, you acknowledge that your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
